The IDEAL leaders book

We’re creating a collaborative book featuring real stories from women across healthcare, leaders, operators, and builders whose experiences are shaping the future of this industry.

A collection of real stories, told one chapter at a time.

IDEAL leaders will be a curated collection of chapters, each written by a different nominated woman in healthcare.

Every chapter will center around a distinct leadership theme, drawn from real experience.

These themes may include:

  • The moment that changed everything

  • Leading under pressure

  • What no one tells you about leadership

  • Building, breaking, and rebuilding

  • The future we’re creating

Each contributor brings her own voice, perspective, and story, creating a broader, more honest view of what leadership in healthcare actually looks like.

This project is designed to:

  • Capture real, experience-driven leadership stories

  • Elevate voices across the healthcare industry

  • Provide insight others can actually learn from and apply

  • Create a lasting platform tied to the IDEAL mission

This is about documenting the realities behind the work, and creating guidance for the generations of women leaders to come.
